WHY CUSTOMTRI EXISTS

CustomTRI was created to help people who are interested in triathlons get started, and for those who are working their way up to longer distances.

When getting started in this sport, finding the right training plan for your current fitness level is genuinely difficult. Random plans found online require your best guess to adapt them, which leads to adequate training at best, and overtraining or injury at worst.
